We got the car we wanted at a GREAT price -- without the stress. Jimmy was there to help from beginning through to the end. He did a great job of making sure we understood all the options, pluses, and any cons that might be involved. He even beat a competitors' price, by $500 --- so this guy is a s...tar of the showroom. All things considered. the attention we received from Jimmy, Sam and the dealership is on top! Show more

Had a good experience trading in my car. They are genuine honest folks! The honesty was refreshing and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel good about their decision to buy a car. The service department was fantastic as well.

Really grateful to everyone at Quality Auto Center for helping my husband and I find a vehicle for our growing family! We appreciated that we didn't feel pressured by any of the staff and we truly appreciated their efforts to keep our monthly payment within our budget. I was happy with how though they were with looking everything over. Everyone is really friendly and they let you know before they do it if something more has to be done. The best service center I've ever attended.

Everyone did their best to ensure I left Quality Auto Center satisfied. As a single mum and first time used car buyer, I never felt pressured during my visit, and I ended up buying a Mercedes Benz E-class I loved after test driving it. I’m a happy customer, thanks, guys

Fabulous service! It was such a relief to understand that these people can find the car in perfect condition for a reasonable price for me. I got Ford Escape Titanium and the price was really sweet. I was impressed to see that the car looks like brand new and no service is needed. The salesperson Ji...mmy was just a master replying to all my questions and helping with the choice. I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with my experience at Quality Auto Center in Springfield. Andy, the sales rep who helped me, and Sue, who I spoke with, before coming in, were amazing. Andy worked very hard to get me a great deal, and Sam, in Finance, not only got me approved, but at a rate ...better than I thought I could get. They have earned a customer for life! Show more
