Quality Auto Center does it right. I am very pleased with their service, and very happy I went their for my Acura RDX. Jesus did a great job explaining the Acura to me. Mark did a great job getting my loan application approved, and at a rate better than I thought I would get. And Melody did a great ...job keeping my 2 daughters company, and occupied, while I was car shopping. I am very pleased! Show more

3 of my cars (including the one I just bought, 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250) were bought from Quality Auto Center of Springfield. Juan and Sam from the Management team can always provide you with reasonable prices and add some discounts per your request. From the moment we walked into Quality Auto Center, and met Sam, we knew we came to the right store. Sam made us feel comfortable, relaxed, like we were at home. There was no pressure, Sam was very patient, and got us a deal better than we had hoped for. 5 stars for Peter and Sam. We walked in to test drive a car. Peter was very knowledgeable on all of the models and features, but most importantly he was patient as we worked numbers and were making our decision. He was sitting with us going over all of the details of the car and how to use differen...t features, again staying past closing time to make sure we were comfortable driving away. After going to 2-3 used car dealerships, we decided to purchase our Mercedes C300 from Quality Auto Center, mainly because of salesman Jimmy. He was very personable and professional and was also able to give us a very good deal. Jimmy took us for a test drive, answered all questions and gave us as m...uch time as we needed to make a decision without feeling pressured, as we usually feel at other dealerships. people all seem knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone here is super nice! Once I got out of my car I was greeted by Peter and he helped us find the perfect car! Peter was very patient with my mom and I through the whole process. It was my very first visit and I am happy I got my first car from here! The finance area was also very nice and Sam... was super helpful. They made sure we got everything we needed for the car and more! Show more
