This place was extremely helpful for me getting my first car. Amber was very responsive and quick to answer my questions. Russell then put me at ease when going over my monthly payments. I will return my business when the time comes!

This place is great. They were very upfront with everything and the cars are beautiful. I just bought a range rover evoque for my wife and she couldn't be happier. Only reason it wasn't five star was because they took a long time to get the paperwork done. Definitely recommend!!!!!

February 27, 2019 Quality Auto Center did everything in their part to demonstrate their respect and quality service to their customer. I am glad I purchased my vehicle at Quality Auto Center. *** November 27, 2018 I received my license plate. Sam is an honorable person. *** It is November... 10, 2018 and I have not received my license plates. The temporary expired on 10/17/2018 and I was not offered a temp extension even after numerous request. I am paying for car insurance, and vehicle note without the ability to use the vehicle. Jimmy is still the best guy in the world, good person. **** Original Review Quality Auto Center is amazing! Jimmy is the best sales person ever! When I walked into the dealership and greeted Jimmy I knew that I found the right place without even looking at my future car. When I got the chance to see the inventory I was astonished. The inventory list is extraordinary and the condition of the vehicles superb. In addition Sam and Jimmy managed to get me an extraordinary deal and went above and beyond in meeting all of my needs. Overall experience at Quality Auto Center was great. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive! Sam Bashay was great allowing me to feel that I made the best possible purchase to suit all of my needs. Juan in finance was absolutely wonderful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth and that we had a great experience. Really enjoyed everyone at the dealership, especially the Loan Officer, Receptionist was a pure "jewel" and salesperson was wonderful!!!! I bought an extended warranty which I used right away and the company did not have my files, but Quality Auto stepped up to the plate and sent me a personal check... for the repairs which the warranty company resolved the issue. Also, they were always reachable with any questions of other issues that I had when I called them. The only issue that I had with them, was the vehicle that I was sold had 4 different types of tires on it? So, the car did not drive smoothly, and I had to buy all brand new tires from BMW for the M3 I purchased from them. So, please make sure you check the tires when purchasing a used vehicle, which I learned from experience!!! Show more
