My son purchased his car from Quality Auto Center. The sales person Kimo was awesome! Kimo worked with us and addressed our concerns. Overall, the dealership is reputable but I do advise to inquire about the dealership fees and warranties beforehand.

I recently had a satisfactory experience at Quality Auto of Springfield, NJ, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and valued. Sales representative Luis A. was particularly impressive. I initially went to view a BMW 330i with the M package. Ho...wever, it was out of my price range and was ready to call it quits. He was respectful and genuinely listened to my needs, working diligently to find me a Mercedes Benz C-300 that fit my financial budget. I appreciated his willingness to explore other equally impressive cars, ensuring I had a range of options to consider. “Sam The Man,” who handled the trade-in process, was very amenable to negotiations and made the experience smooth and straightforward. His professionalism made it easy to understand the value of my trade-in, and I felt confident in the deal. Jean the finance guy played a crucial role in finalizing everything, ensuring I had the proper coverage at a reasonable price. With 20 years of experience, his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made the final steps of the transaction seamless. Overall, Quality Auto exceeded my expectations. This place is great. They were very upfront with everything and the cars are beautiful. I just bought a range rover evoque for my wife and she couldn't be happier. Only reason it wasn't five star was because they took a long time to get the paperwork done. Definitely recommend!!!!!

February 27, 2019 Quality Auto Center did everything in their part to demonstrate their respect and quality service to their customer. I am glad I purchased my vehicle at Quality Auto Center. *** November 27, 2018 I received my license plate. Sam is an honorable person. *** It is November... 10, 2018 and I have not received my license plates. The temporary expired on 10/17/2018 and I was not offered a temp extension even after numerous request. I am paying for car insurance, and vehicle note without the ability to use the vehicle. Jimmy is still the best guy in the world, good person. **** Original Review Quality Auto Center is amazing! Jimmy is the best sales person ever! When I walked into the dealership and greeted Jimmy I knew that I found the right place without even looking at my future car. When I got the chance to see the inventory I was astonished. The inventory list is extraordinary and the condition of the vehicles superb. In addition Sam and Jimmy managed to get me an extraordinary deal and went above and beyond in meeting all of my needs.
