Easy to deal with. I wanted to repair and trade in my vehicle. When I got to Quality Auto Expo for a cost evaluation, I was told the brake and the engine can be repaired and improved before being sold for a far higher price. So, I turned in everything over to Marilyn who did all that was necessary f...or my former car to become sellable at a reasonable price. Got the car sold after just one week, and at an appropriate price too, paying for the services received in the process. Show more

I bought an Acura RDX at Quality Auto Center, and, honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever met. Very happy with the car. The condition is just sublime. The price – fantastic. This dealership also has very affordable financing options, so you should take a look at them if you’d lik...e to buy some luxurious new car. When I decided to buy a new car, I turned to the Quality Auto Center. In the selection of the car seller Danny advised me and picked up some pre-owned luxury cars for me. I've recently decided to buy a used car and my friend referred me to Quality Auto Center of Springfield. These guys have a really huge variety of vehicles in stock. It was not easy to make a choice actually. The manager Sam organized a great test drive with 5 vehicles I liked. At least I got an exce...llent luxury Audi A4 Premium Plus for more than a fair price. Awesome dealership! This place has an awesome selection and amazing prices. I bought a car from them 6 months ago and the process was very simple. I left the place with an amazing deal. I dealt with Sam when closing the deal and all the paperwork, and he was great! When it came to getting my plate...s, which was two weeks after the expiration of my temp, I dealt with Maria. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. She told me that the last lien holder didn't release the title to them quickly enough. I didn't believe her at first, but when I called my new lien holder they gave me the same response. From more research I found that when a used car has a previous lien holder, it takes time for them to find and release the title of the vehicle. I recently took my car here for service, as well. The service adviser, Marilyn, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I even got to meet their shop foreman who is a very professional and a great mechanic. Would I buy another car from them? Yes! Will I still bring my car to them for service? Yes! I highly recommend this dealership. Show more

Outstanding service to get a used car for a fair price. I worked with the salesperson Danny and he did a great job finding out all the details that were important for me and helped me with financing so I applied for great credit conditions. Very professional!
