I was astonished by the precise and flawless car service at Quality Auto Center of Springfield. They offered superior quality service when I took my car for a coolant flush, lube, oil & filter change, and tire balance. Thanks to Marilyn for her excellent help. I recommend them.

There are different financing options. I perfectly saved my money and nerves on buying a car right here) Jimmy helped me deal with everything, told me about the financing that suited me. I bought my Honda without any pressure and now I am happy to drive it!

Juan and his team did everything to satisfy my wife and me when we visited to purchase a used car. We both were allowed to test drive the vehicle and the financing on the used cars they are selling so transparent and straightforward. For quality cars, I recommend Quality Auto Center of Springfield.

Danny the excellent sales representative at Quality Auto Center of Springfield made my day when I visited to purchase a used car from the vehicles they are selling. I was able to test drive a few cars, and in the end, I was glad I was at this dealership. I recommend them to family and friends

I have never met any sales manager like Jimmy, he his indeed one of a kind. I strongly believe that the way he handles customers flows from the working culture of the Quality Auto Center of Springfield dealership. The company possesses several massive cars in its used cars inventory. It’s so easy ...to schedule a test drive and you can even try out a number of vehicles should deciding on what to buy proves difficult. Show more

February 27, 2019 Quality Auto Center did everything in their part to demonstrate their respect and quality service to their customer. I am glad I purchased my vehicle at Quality Auto Center. *** November 27, 2018 I received my license plate. Sam is an honorable person. *** It is November... 10, 2018 and I have not received my license plates. The temporary expired on 10/17/2018 and I was not offered a temp extension even after numerous request. I am paying for car insurance, and vehicle note without the ability to use the vehicle. Jimmy is still the best guy in the world, good person. **** Original Review Quality Auto Center is amazing! Jimmy is the best sales person ever! When I walked into the dealership and greeted Jimmy I knew that I found the right place without even looking at my future car. When I got the chance to see the inventory I was astonished. The inventory list is extraordinary and the condition of the vehicles superb. In addition Sam and Jimmy managed to get me an extraordinary deal and went above and beyond in meeting all of my needs.
