Actually, I was nervous because it was my first time buying a car. The people at Quality Auto Center, especially Danny were really helpful and made me feel valuable and respected my time. The inventory was incredible and I got the best deal in less than 2 hours.

Excellent and professional Team with an outstanding attitude. I traded in my car and found a successful deal on a used car. Financing a used car is very easy here unlike other dealerships I have visited. Keep up the quality service guys; I recommend them to family and friends.

I was shopping online for a Mercedes-Benz M-Class. Quality Auto Center of Springfield had the vehicle I was interested in. The car was in excellent condition! I had a test drive right away. I saw a Mercedes-Benz M-Class online and came to see it with my wife. The dealership had a beautiful showroom with a lot of cars. After coming to see the car, getting help from Danny and Juan, I had a test drive and in 1 hour I drove away with exactly what I wanted.

The process was very straightforward - the salesman (Omar) was helpful and transparent. I purchased a Honda Accord and it was clean and drove beautifully. I'm really happy with my experience at Quality Auto :) 10/10 would recommend

I got a far better estimated quote from Quality Auto Center of Springfield after submitting the Appraisal Form online, which, by the way, is a very effective tool. From there, I got connected to Jimmy who swiftly handled the trading in of the car. We also had a very good time talking about buying on...e or two vehicles from the impressive lineup of used cars that they had when I was there. From the moment I walked into QAC’s lot I was immediately greeted warmly by a sales rep. I felt like family right away! They worked without hesitation on my financing. I found the car I wanted, which was tough because they have such an awesome selection, a beautiful 2012 Mercedes-Benz, and they qu...ickly worked to get me on a test drive. Fabulous service! It was such a relief to understand that these people can find the car in perfect condition for a reasonable price for me. I got Ford Escape Titanium and the price was really sweet.
