Great experience at Quality Auto Center! Was out driving around local dealer, to find a car for myself. I was lucky enough to find this gem of a used car dealer when I was looking for a new vehicle. I stepped in 1hr before closing to look at a VW Golf GTI with intention to buy and Jimmy took excellent care of me. He was very courteous and professional while also making the experience as quick and pain...less as possible. The dealership was immaculate as was the vehicle I was purchasing. It was cleaned and detailed to perfection. Also Sam, in finance, was very upfront and added no pressure to my experience. He was extremely professional and polite even though he had stayed later than he needed, to help me out! This was the best car deal we could have ever made. Peter was amazing. My husband is happy and so am I. The finance manager, Sam, was on point, did not beat around the bush and we were in and out. The Sales Manager, Henry, was pleasant as well and asked sever times if we were ok. I can't express en...ough how much this process was a breeze. 5 stars for Peter and Sam. We walked in to test drive a car. Peter was very knowledgeable on all of the models and features, but most importantly he was patient as we worked numbers and were making our decision. He was sitting with us going over all of the details of the car and how to use differen...t features, again staying past closing time to make sure we were comfortable driving away.
