I was lucky enough to find this gem of a used car dealer when I was looking for a new vehicle. I stepped in 1hr before closing to look at a VW Golf GTI with intention to buy and Jimmy took excellent care of me. He was very courteous and professional while also making the experience as quick and pain...less as possible. The dealership was immaculate as was the vehicle I was purchasing. It was cleaned and detailed to perfection. Also Sam, in finance, was very upfront and added no pressure to my experience. He was extremely professional and polite even though he had stayed later than he needed, to help me out! I appreciate Jimmy & Sam for taking good care of me and making this care buying experience quick and painless. Show more

This was the best car deal we could have ever made. Peter was amazing. My husband is happy and so am I. The finance manager, Sam, was on point, did not beat around the bush and we were in and out. The Sales Manager, Henry, was pleasant as well and asked sever times if we were ok. I can't express en...ough how much this process was a breeze. I have had the best experience at this fine dealership. My new friend Jimmy Diaz is the best. He made the process of purchasing my Grand Cherokee as easy as it can be. I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with my experience at Quality Auto Center in Springfield. Andy, the sales rep who helped me, and Sue, who I spoke with, before coming in, were amazing. Andy worked very hard to get me a great deal, and Sam, in Finance, not only got me approved, but at a rate ...better than I thought I could get. They have earned a customer for life! Show more

He was sitting with us going over all of the details of the car and how to use differen...t features, again staying past closing time to make sure we were comfortable driving away. After going to 2-3 used car dealerships, we decided to purchase our Mercedes C300 from Quality Auto Center, mainly because of salesman Jimmy. He was very personable and professional and was also able to give us a very good deal. Jimmy took us for a test drive, answered all questions and gave us as m...uch time as we needed to make a decision without feeling pressured, as we usually feel at other dealerships. people all seem knowledgeable and friendly.
