This place is great. They were very upfront with everything and the cars are beautiful. I just bought a range rover evoque for my wife and she couldn't be happier. Only reason it wasn't five star was because they took a long time to get the paperwork done. Definitely recommend!!!!!

Juan in finance was absolutely wonderful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth and that we had a great experience. We live 2 hours from the dealership and Juan had the car delivered to the Ramsey location so we didnt have so far to travel. He is definitely an asset to thi...s company. Show more

Very easy place to work with. I thought I could haggle on the internet price, but to be honest, after searching for 3 weeks, Quality had the cheapest priced car. They promised me 2 new front tires, and after buying the car, they immediately scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have them in...stalled. Most honest people I have ever seen, hands down. I’ve been a customer of Quality Auto Center, in Springfield, and back when they were in Linden, for years. Due to the staff and management, Sam, Jimmy, Lydia, Maria, treating me excellently each and every time I walk in through the door, I would never shop anywhere else. This was my first car purchase. I got to thank Jimmy for making it easy for me, and explaining everything, as we went along. I'm liking the Honda Accord I got, but, I didn't know it would take almost 90 minutes to finish.

February 27, 2019 Quality Auto Center did everything in their part to demonstrate their respect and quality service to their customer. I am glad I purchased my vehicle at Quality Auto Center. *** November 27, 2018 I received my license plate. Sam is an honorable person. *** It is November... 10, 2018 and I have not received my license plates. The temporary expired on 10/17/2018 and I was not offered a temp extension even after numerous request. I am paying for car insurance, and vehicle note without the ability to use the vehicle. Jimmy is still the best guy in the world, good person. **** Original Review Quality Auto Center is amazing! Jimmy is the best sales person ever! When I walked into the dealership and greeted Jimmy I knew that I found the right place without even looking at my future car. When I got the chance to see the inventory I was astonished. The inventory list is extraordinary and the condition of the vehicles superb. In addition Sam and Jimmy managed to get me an extraordinary deal and went above and beyond in meeting all of my needs.
