Very cool people. Didn't waste my time. Drove out with my new Infiniti. I came from 2 hours away and didn't think I was going to be this satisfied. No b.s. very straight process. I cannot thank you guys enough! I don't believe that I am driving this Maserati as we speak. I have been shopping for 4 months now going from dealer to dealer and just walking out once they gave me the b.s. I didn't think I was going to buy the car I wanted from a dealership. I gave up on dealership...s until coming to Quality. I guess there are still honest dealerships out there. You guys worked on the price with me and actually came down from your internet price..which I didn't even expect after going to a handful of dealerships before you. Also, you took the time and worked with my credit union to finalize my personal loan. They got my credit union check the next day in the mail and called me to pickup the car. I am going to refer everyone to you guys. You deserve our business. The only thing that was not up to par was the detailing/cleanup on the car. the cup holders and mats were dirty. But I have to admit that they did tell me their main detailer was sick and not in work and offered for me to come back for a complimentary detail once he is back to work. Very professional!
