I called quality auto center at 7 pm on a Saturday night about an 07 civic si the receptionist was very polite and helpful in scheduling an appointment at such a late hour. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and my sales rep was called. My sales rep Fahed was extremely nice and actually got to no... me on a personal level that was not expected making my car buying experience there very pleasant and very relaxed. Dealt with many car dealers but this place is honest and dedicated to satisfy us. After finding what we want online last night, I still didn't expect to walk out with the car exactly what we wanted. Recommend this place. Frank made our day. THANKS!!!

First time car buying experience in used car dealer and did not expected much but this place is great. Especially new salesmen Frank is best ever. I had great deal with Maserati and happy to recommend to all my friends and family.

All the people at Quality Auto in Springfield are fantastic! I purchased my vehicle there last year & they worked with me with pricing! Even though I have a BMW place 5 mins away from me, I’d rather drive the 45 mins it takes to get to Quality Auto in Springfield for all scheduled maintenance! Mar...ilyn & Maria were very gracious & made my little bit of wait time pleasurable! The work they do here is top-notch also! I look forward to my next visit with them!
