This place was extremely helpful for me getting my first car. Amber was very responsive and quick to answer my questions. Russell then put me at ease when going over my monthly payments. I will return my business when the time comes!

I finance a car with Quality Auto Center three years ago. The transmission went out on me after my warranty was up. These guys have exceptional service. I was shopping for an Suv around the area. I found a 2015 Audi Q5 on their website. I made an appointment with Carlos , when i got to the dealership my first impression was that this place looks very nice. Carlos introduce me to Jermaine who was very helpful, he let me test drive the vehicle and too...k his time to answer all my concern. I haven't purchase anything yet since i'm still unsure what i want, but if i end up picking the Q5 I will definitely buy it from this place. And will buy it from jermaine. Show more

I originally purchased my BMW 3-Series from Quality Auto Center in Springfield several years ago. That was an amazing experience. This week I took the same car to find something newer. Everyone did their best to ensure I left Quality Auto Center satisfied. As a single mum and first time used car buyer, I never felt pressured during my visit, and I ended up buying a Mercedes Benz E-class I loved after test driving it. I’m a happy customer, thanks, guys

Had a good experience trading in my car. They are genuine honest folks! The honesty was refreshing and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel good about their decision to buy a car. The service department was fantastic as well.
