I worked with Dan and Andy, both of them were so patient with me and comprised/negotiated with me so well. The customer service was beyond expectations! Everyone was so polite. Also the waiting area made the experience so much better.

We were very pleased with our experience at Quality Auto. Eric, was great, knowledgeable and helpful. And the manager Sam made sure that everything moved along very smoothly and quickly. We are very happy with the car and would recommend them to our friends. Thank you for this great experience.

Peter was super helpful and the purchasing process was quick and easy. Andy in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. I bought my first car at Quality Auto 2 years ago, and this visit brought great memories. Excellent service all around!

Every time I come to Quality Auto to have my car maintained my experience begins with a warm and friendly greeting by polite service people. They show an obvious desire to be helpful and accommodating in any way, while delivering a level of competence and professionalism that exceeds all expectation...s. They always complete the job in less time than expected, and they never leave me anything less than extremely satisfied. Carlos and Peter from Sales are the best! Their finance department led by Russell pulled the impossible by getting me approved for a 2017 Mercedes Benz when my credit is very low. Their showroom is beautiful with a full service bay and detail center to make sure the cars that they sell are in mint c...ondition.
